The term "Printed Ribbon Company" or "us" or "we" or "Seller" or "our" refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 8 Symons Road, Saltash, Cornwall, PL12 4EG The term "you" or "Buyer" refers to the user or viewer of our website.
Order Acceptance
There shall be no binding contract between Seller and Buyer until the Buyer's order has been accepted by the Seller. By submission of the order the customer accepts these terms and conditions and authorises Printed Ribbon Company through Paypal to take payment for goods selected. We reserve the right not to print any message that we consider to be obsene, offensive, derogatory or discriminatory in any way.
Transfer of Property
Property in the goods shall remain with Printed Ribbon Company until we have received payment in full of the price and all sums due under the order.
Payment
Payment can be made easily by all major debit or credit cards and sixteen currencies via the secure Paypal facility. You will be re-directed to the Paypal website on checkout to make payment. This means that Printed Ribbon Company will not deal with or store any credit card details. You do not have to sign up to Paypal to make use of this service. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched.
Cheques will not be accepted as a valid method of payment.
Price
Unless otherwise agreed, the price of goods will be that ruling in Printed Riboon Company price list at date of despatch. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without notice.
Back Orders
Where relevant, if your item is not in stock we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the situation and expected delivery times or the option to cancel your order if preferred. Substitution In very exceptional circumstances the product may vary slightly from that shown. Where we make substitutions it will be with a product of equal or greater value and where time allows we will advise the Buyer of the situation.
Delivery & Risk
We will usually process orders within 48 hours from our acceptance of the order (subject to stock availability) but please allow 7 working days for delivery. If you have an urgent order please Contact Us when you place your order to discuss. Delivery times quoted are given in good faith. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery by Royal Mail (or other third parties) due to local holiday, adverse weather conditions which may hinder transportation of goods, industrial action of postal workers and other incidents which are beyond our immediate control. In such instances, we may only on occasion, be able to offer a refund of the postage incurred for delivery of your goods. Delivery of goods to the stipulated delivery address shall constitute delivery to the Buyer. All risk in the goods will pass to the Buyer upon delivey. At the checkout there is the option to change the delivery address if that is easier to deliver to an alternative address e.g. your work. Discrepancies or damages apparent at the time of delivery must be noted at the time of delivery and Printed Ribbon Company notified within 7 days of receipt - See Returns Policy for further details.
Ribbon Details
Ribbon width tolerances are +/- 1mm (quoted from manufacturer of ribbons). Ribbon lengths are approximate to within 5%. Please note that due to roll lengths, in some cases of orders printed ribbon may be delivered in separate lengths. Ribbon colours are subject to availability and may change due to ribbon suppliers amendments to their range.
Font Colours
Not all font colours produce effective results with all the ribbon colours. With our experience we offer font colours that are best suited to the ribbon colour - hence reduced font colours are available on some items. In other cases we have picked the one best font colour for the ribbon. we will contact you if you choose a font and ribbon colour combination that we feel does not work to the best possible advantage and offer suggestions.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled upon contacting Printed Ribbon UK by telephone or email but will be subject to a 10% administration charge of the total order to be cancelled.
Returns Policy/Quality Guarantee
All our products are sourced to be of the highest quality. Unfortunately, all goods with personalised ribbons, which are made to order, are not subject to a refund unless the product is faulty. As we copy and paste into our specialist printing software directly from a Buyer's order request, please ensure that there are no typing errors contained in the order. Buyers are responsible for paying the postage costs for returning any items. After investigations at Printed Ribbon Company, for any products we find to be faulty, we will return the full amount of the faulty goods plus any returned postage costs.
Postage and Packing
We take pride in packaging every order for our personalised printed ribbons carefully,all our Items are packed in padded envelopes or boxes depending on the size and weight of the goods. All goods are send out by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service.
